HOW WINNERS ARE SELECTED EACH MONTH?

'All-Rounder Prize' is determined by the 'Points for Prize' earned by the user in the given month. 'Points for Prize' includes all the points earned by the user in the given month except for exceptions outlined below. Top 3 users from various Co-Curricular categories are awarded monthly bonus points that gets added to the users 'Points for Prize'.

'Grand Prize' and 'All-Rounder Prizes' winners are selected only from the users who have completed the mandatory activities & points for the given month and thus have been assigned the tag of 'Qualify for Prize'.

'Grand Prize' is awarded to the user who has earned the maximun 'Points for Prize' across categories in the given month.

Co-Curricular Category & Consolation Prizes: Users demonstrating outstanding performances in various Co-Curricular activity types are awarded prizes each month. NacFun at its discretion may award 'Consolation Prizes' to users each month as well. 'Co-Curricular Prizes' & 'Consolation Prizes' are independent of 'Mandatory Points', 'Qualify for Prize' & 'Points for Prize'.

Co-Curricular Prizes, Certificate & Bonus Points: Co-Curricular Category bonus & regular points earned are added to users 'Monthly Points for Prize' to win All-Rounder Prizes. Top 3 users of Co-Curricular Category also earn Bonus Points that get added to Monthly Points For Prize to help them win All-Rounder Prizes.

WHEN ARE THE WINNERS ANNOUNCED?

All types of Winners for the given month are announced on 10^th of the next month. Winner announcements are published on Winner Page, Winner's own Dashboard in MyZone & Winner's Public Profile Page.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF I HAVE WON A PRIZE?

If a user has participated in NacFun activities in a given month, then it is users 100% responsibility to check on the 10^th of the next month on the Winner Page, Winner's own Dashboard in MyZone & Winner's Public Profile Page.

Users who are declared winner of a prize MUST follow the process to 'Claim My Prize' as outlined next.

HOW TO CLAIM MY PRIZE?

The Dashboard in the MyZone of users reflects 'Prizes' Won by the user. Winner must click on 'Prize' Won link to visit their 'Prize Page' & begin Claiming their Prize. Under the listed Prize are two options; (i) Claim Prize & (ii) Exchange with Cash. Click on either option to initiate your 'Prize Claim'. Follow the instructions to provide proofs of Identity, Age, Parents & any other requirements as mentioned.

Winners have 20 days from announcement date of the Winners to Claim/Exchange their Prize. Any Unclaimed Prizes are automatically Cancelled and cannot be Claimed or Exchanged later.

WHAT IS EXCHANGE WITH CASH?

‘Exchange with Cash’ option let’s Winners receive cash at 50% of the value shown for the prize via Paytm, Google Pay or PhonePe. Example if the Prize value listed is INR 2000, then Winner can request 50% i.e., INR 1000 to be paid to them instead of receiving the actual Prize.

WHEN WILL I GET MY PRIZE?

Once you finish the process of 'Claiming your Prize', sit down and relax, your Prize will reach you within 60 days of you claiming the Prize. If the Prize Winners do not claim their Prize within 20 days of the winner announcement, the Prize will Expire and can not be Claimed or Exchanged later.

Upon receipt of the Prize and the Certificate, recipient must submit a clear photo of themselves, holding the Prize and Certificate with their face and Prize clearly visible.

At-times due to unavoidable circumstances, NacFun reserves the right to replace the Prizes with other Prizes of similar value or less.

Exceptions, Limitations & Advisories

1. The cumulative Maximum Upload Limit of all types of Activity is "25" on the Last Day of the Month. Upload your work accordingly and do not wait for the last date. Currently, there is no Upload Limit on any other Day of the Month.

2. Maximum of 1500 Referral Points will be added to the Monthly 'Points For Prize' in calculation of Monthly Winners & Prizes.

3. Each parent can gift up to 500 points (2 parents = 1000 points) to their child in a month. Parents can only gift those points to their child that they have earned by performing various NacFun activities (excluding Worksheet, MCQ, Subjective, Image, Blog quiz) in the SAME MONTH. Points gifted by parent are added to the child's that month 'Points for Prize'.

4. In the event of any tie, NacFun's judges decision will be final to decide the appropriate rank of the winners.

5. The Grand Prize will be lieu of the 1^st Prize for the winning category. Only the remaining Winners ranked 2-10 will get the prizes in this category from which the Grand Prize Winner of the month is selected.

6. NacFun employees and their close relatives are ineligible to win Prizes from NacFun.

7. Do not wait till the last minute of the last date to upload your entries, Gift Points from Parents, Referrals. In case of any Technical Failure, Internet Failure, Telecom Operator Failure on User's part or NacFun's part, NacFun is not responsible and the user will not get any other chance to upload entry for the Previous Month.
