- 1. Users MUST only participate using one account. Creating or participating from multiple will lead to immediate suspension of all the accounts and any prizes or scholarship will be cancelled.
- 2. Using someone else's phone number, email address or ID or misrepresentation of self ID, age or class will lead to immediate suspension of the account.
- 3. Representing and submitting any other person or other NacFun users work (art, craft, pictures, videos etc) as one’s own will result in 500 points PENALTY for each violation, leading into suspension of account.
- 4. Submission of someone else’s work performances (including images or videos downloaded from internet) or copyrighted work or intellectual property as one’s own in any of NacFun Activities including Co-curricular, Contest, FreeStyle, Challenges, Worksheet, Image & Video Quizzes or Publication of activities will result into 500 points PENALTY for each incident, CANCELATION of prizes and lead to SUSPENSION of account.In case of any disagreement regarding originality of the work or plagiarism, NacFun has the right to ask users to recreate their disputed work live & online in front or NacFun Auditing team.
- 5. Submitting edited videos or photos, masking of face or faking actual length or difficulty level of performances (mostly freestyle) will be considered as cheating and hence will result into 500 points PENALTY for each incident, CANCELATION of prizes and lead to SUSPENSION of account.
- 6. Submission of the same videos or photos which have been submitted by user for other NacFun activities including Co-curricular, Contest, FreeStyle, Challenges, Worksheet, Image & Video Quizzes or Publication of activities will result into 500 points PENALTY for each incident, CANCELATION of prizes and lead to SUSPENSION of account. (e.g. submitted challenge activity video as freestyle or publishing it as video contest)
- 7. Creating fake accounts in someone else's name will lead to suspension of all existing accounts.
- 8. Creating a fake parent account or a parent account without parents’ permission with an intention of transferring points in order to climb up the leaderboard will result in suspension of all the accounts.
- 9. Publishing an activity, using instruction video or image that does not belongs to the user or the user has already used the same image or video for other NacFun activities including Co-curricular, Contest, FreeStyle, Challenges, Worksheet, Image & Video Quizzes or Publication of activities will result into 500 points PENALTY for each incident, CANCELATION of prizes and lead to SUSPENSION of account.
- 10. Use of any unethical means to earn higher points or earn awards or swap awards are considered violation of NacFun policy and cause of immediate suspension of users account.
- 11. Child work submitted has ANY assistance from parent (or any another person) who otherwise will not be allowed to help child in a classroom setting learning and tests. Promotion of any unethical and unfair means to earn points is a serious violation and subject to penalties, suspension of account and cancellation of any prizes.
Child's submission of either 'Perform Activity' or 'Publish my Work' should be 100% original work of the child. NacFun conducts regular audits (all the way before disbursement of prizes to any winner) to keep fair play for all users and weed out users (along with parent) adopting any unfair means to earn points and win.
NacFun encourages parents to motivate and assist their child win prizes by performing activities themselves that are for parents to perform and earn points. Each parent can then gift upto 500 qualifying points (1000 points from 2 parents) to their child each month thus helping the child climb up the leaderboard and win prizes.
- 12. Publication submitted under 'Publish an Activity' is a reproduction of someone else's original work. Only 'Publish an Activity' if it's your original work. Examples; write or compose your own lyrics, music or song. Create your own original art, drawing and paint work. Create your own puzzle or riddle.
- 13. All points(marks) given by teachers/judges are subject to review & audit. This is to to ensure uniform marking for all participants. Audits & re-marking may take place even after winners are announced. Audits are also triggered from other users flagging.
- 14. Using NacFun’s content and uploading it as a publisher on the platform can lead to permanent suspension of the account.
- 15. Publishing activities promoting hate or discrimination towards any section of the society including race, gender, cast, religion or specially abled will lead to permanent suspension of all the NacFun accounts (parents and children).
- 16. NacFun reserves the right to demand proof of identity, age-group and class from any participant and specially before giving away certificates, prizes or scholarships. Non submission of proof will lead to cancellation of certificates, prizes and scholarships leading to suspension of account.
- 17. Use of sexual and obscene video, image, graphic, gif or text on NacFun platform is strictly prohibited and cause for immediate suspension of account and cancellation of all certificate, prizes and scholarships. Any material containing sexually explicit act or conduct is punishable under Section 67 of the Information Technology Act.
- 18. Any case of identity theft, sexual misconducts, child privacy violation or exploitation are causes of immediate suspension and will be proactively reported to the relevant authorities.
- 19. There will be a penalty of upto 500 points for flagging falsely. Repeated offense will lead to suspension of your account.
- 20. Upon receipt of the prize and the certificate, recepient must submit a clear photo of themselves, holding the Prize and Certificate with their face and prize clearly visible. Failing to do so may lead to suspension of the account.
- 21. The winners’ names and photos will be published on various TopYa! & NacFun Social Media and will be shared with sponsors as applicable.
- 22. NacFun will not respond to any Email, Phone, SMS, WhatsApp, Queries related to violations. Unless there is a clear evidence of mistake on part of the teacher's assessment of submitted work by the user.
